Vivek Oberoi

Vivek Oberoi was born in Hyderabad, Telangana, to a Punjabi father, Suresh Oberoi, who is also an actor. His mother, Yashodhara Oberoi, hails from a Punjabi business family settled in Chennai. Because of his mother’s family being assimilated in the region, Oberoi is himself fluent in Tamil.

He went to Mayo College in Ajmer, Rajasthan, for his schooling. Later, he went to Mithibai College in Mumbai to pursue his undergraduate degree in commerce.

Vivek Oberoi is married to Priyanka Alva, the daughter of Karnataka minister Jeevaraj Alva. The couple got married on October 29, 2010, in Bangalore.

They have two children together, a son named Vivaan and a daughter named Ameyaa.

Vivek Oberoi made his acting debut in the Hindi film industry with Ram Gopal Varma’s gangster film “Company” in 2002. The film was a critical and commercial success, and Vivek’s performance was highly appreciated.

He won the Filmfare Award for Best Male Debut for his performance in the film.After “Company,” Vivek went on to act in several successful Bollywood films such as “Saathiya” (2002), “Yuva” (2004), “Masti” (2004), “Kaal” (2005), “Omkara” (2006), “Shootout at Lokhandwala” (2007), and “Krrish 3” (2013).

Vivek Oberoi has won several awards for his performances in Bollywood films. He won the Filmfare Award for Best Male Debut for his performance in “Company” (2002). He also won the Filmfare Award for Best Supporting Actor for his performance in “Saathiya” (2002).

In addition to these awards, Vivek has also won several other awards for his performances in Bollywood films. He won the IIFA Award for Best Supporting Actor for his performance in “Yuva” (2004). He also won the Stardust Award for Best Supporting Actor for his performance in “Omkara” (2006).
