4. Celebrity Profiles & Public Figure Information
BollywoodFox publishes information about public figures; people who have voluntarily entered public life and whose professional activities are a matter of public record.
All profile information is sourced from publicly available materials, including news publications, official databases, entertainment records, public social media profiles, and biographical references.
We do not publish:
- Private information about individuals who have not entered public life
- Unverified personal claims, rumours, or speculation presented as fact
- Health, medical, or personal information not publicly available
Profile removal requests from the featured individual or their authorised representatives will be reviewed. Requests must be submitted in writing through official channels, see Section 11. We do not accept removal demands from unverified or unauthorised parties.
5. Images & Media
Images on BollywoodFox are sourced from:
- Publicly available social media posts and public profiles
- Licensed stock photography
- Press/promotional materials in the public domain
- Sources used under fair use principles for editorial and informational purposes
We respect intellectual property rights. If you are the rights holder of an image and believe it has been used in a way that infringes your rights, please get in touch with us for removal; see Section 11 for the request. We commit to reviewing all valid requests promptly and acting accordingly.
BollywoodFox cannot be held liable for any image use that was made in good faith based on publicly available material and a reasonable belief of fair use. We act swiftly on all valid verified notices from authorised rights holders.
6. Voting & Community Rankings
BollywoodFox operates a community voting system that powers our popularity rankings.
By casting a vote, you agree that:
- Your vote is a genuine expression of personal opinion
- You will not attempt to manipulate, inflate, or artificially skew vote counts
- Votes cast are permanent and non-reversible
- Vote data is not personally identifiable unless you have created a registered account
Vote data is not for sale. We do not sell, trade, or monetise individual vote records or aggregated vote data to any third party.
Neither visitors, users, nor the individuals featured in profiles have the right to demand deletion of vote data. Votes represent the aggregate opinions of our community and form part of our platform’s core functionality. They cannot be removed upon request.

11. Copyright & Content Removal
We take copyright and intellectual property seriously. If you are:

- The featured individual or their authorised legal representative requesting profile review
- A verified representative acting on behalf of a public figure or organisation

How to submit a valid request:

- Include: your full name, role/authority (with verification), the specific URL(s) in question, and the nature of your request
- For image claims: include proof of ownership or licensing rights
- For profile removal: include authorisation confirming you are the individual or their legal representative
We will acknowledge valid requests within 5 business days and respond with our decision within 14 business days.
Important: Anonymous requests, requests from unverified parties, and requests that do not follow the above process will not be actioned. BollywoodFox reserves the right to decline removal requests that do not meet the criteria outlined above or where the information is legitimately in the public interest.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BollywoodFox and its owners, operators, employees, and contributors shall not be held liable for:
- Any inaccuracy, error, or omission in published content
- Any loss or damage arising from reliance on our information
- Any third-party content linked to or referenced from our site
