Tiger Shroff

Jai Hemant Shroff, professionally known as Tiger Shroff, was born on March 2, 1990. He comes from a well-renowned film industry background as his father, Jackie Shroff, is a famous actor and mother Ayesha Dutt, a producer.

He has a younger sister named Krishna Shroff. On his paternal side, he is of Gujarati and Turkmen ancestry, while from his maternal side, he is of Bengali and Belgian descent. His maternal grandfather was Air Vice Marshal Ranjan Dutt, a Vir Chakra awardee. Shroff studied at the American School of Bombay.

Tiger Shroff is the son of veteran actor Jackie Shroff and his wife Ayesha.

He has a younger sister, Krishna Shroff. In terms of relationships, he has been linked with actress Disha Patani. However, in July 2022, it was reported that they parted ways.

Tiger Shroff made his acting debut with the action romance Heropanti in 2014, for which he won the IIFA Award for Star Debut of the Year – Male.

He went on to star in the commercially successful films Baaghi (2016), Baaghi 2 (2018), and War (2019), which established him as an action star.

Shroff’s portrayal in Heropanti fetched him the Screen Award for Best Male Debut and the IIFA Award for Star Debut of the Year – Male.

He has featured in Forbes India’s Celebrity 100 list in 2018 and 2019. As a singer, he has released several singles.
