Raai Laxmi

Raai Laxmi was born on May 5, 1989, in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Her family later moved to Belgaum, where she spent most of her childhood. She belongs to the Saurashtrian Kutchi community.From a young age, she was interested in modeling and acting.

She won Miss Belgaum twice in 2003 and 2004, followed by Miss Karnataka. These achievements encouraged her to pursue a career in films and advertisements.

Raai Laxmi comes from a supportive family. Her father, Ram Rai, was a businessman, and her mother, Manjula Rai, is a homemaker. She has two elder sisters, Reshma Rai and Ashwini Raibagi.

She has been linked to several high-profile personalities, including MS Dhoni, S. Sreesanth, and Vikram Singh, but she has never confirmed any serious relationships.

Raai Laxmi made her film debut in 2005 with the Tamil movie Karka Kasadara, where she played Anjali. She also appeared in Kanchanamala Cable TV (Telugu) and Valmiki (Kannada) in the same year.

Her breakthrough came in 2008 with the Tamil action thriller Dhaam Dhoom, where she played Aarthi Chinappa, a lawyer. The film was a commercial success, earning her critical acclaim.
