Ashley Greene

Ashley Michele Greene was born on February 21, 1987, in Jacksonville, Florida. Her father, Joe Greene Sr., is a former U.S. Marine who owns a concrete construction business, while her mother, Michele (née Tatum), works in insurance.

Ashley grew up between Jacksonville and Middleburg, Florida, and attended University Christian School before transferring to Samuel W. Wolfson High School. At the age of 17, she moved to Los Angeles to pursue an acting career.

Ashley Greene is married to Australian-Lebanese television announcer Paul Khoury. The couple got engaged in December 2016 and tied the knot on July 6, 2018, in San Jose, California.

Greene is also a close friend of her “Twilight” co-stars, Kellan Lutz and Jackson Rathbone. She has stated that she grew up watching football and is a fan of the Florida Gators.

Greene’s big break came in 2008 when she was cast as Alice Cullen in “The Twilight Saga” series of films, based on Stephenie Meyer’s novels.

The series includes “Twilight,” “New Moon,” “Eclipse,” “Breaking Dawn – Part 1,” and “Breaking Dawn – Part 2,” released between 2008 and 2012. Her portrayal of Alice Cullen earned her a massive fan following and established her as a prominent actress in Hollywood.
