BollywoodFox covers celebrities, entertainment, sports, and pop culture. If you write about any of those things and you’re good at it, there’s a chance we’d like to publish you.
We’re selective about what we accept. Read the guidelines below before you pitch. It’ll save us both time.
What We Publish
We accept guest posts in the following areas:
- Celebrity profiles and features — detailed articles on public figures not yet in our database
- Entertainment analysis — box office, music trends, award season, industry commentary
- Sports personality pieces — cricketers, footballers, athletes with strong narratives
- Pop culture opinion — thoughtful takes on trends, cultural moments, social phenomena
- Bollywood and South Asian entertainment — always in demand
- K-pop, K-drama, and global entertainment — growing area for us
- Lifestyle and celebrity culture — relevant, grounded, not gossip
What We Don’t Publish
Be clear on this before you pitch:
- SEO link-building articles — we know what these look like. Don’t send them.
- AI-generated content submitted as your own — we check. Don’t do it.
- Unverified rumour, gossip, or speculation presented as fact
- Content about private individuals or minors
- Duplicate content published elsewhere
- Anything that exists only to insert a backlink
If your pitch is primarily motivated by a backlink, this isn’t the right platform.
For press releases or promotional content, you should explore our advert guidelines.
What We Expect from Contributors
We hold guest contributors to the same standards as our in-house team.
Your submission should be:
- Original — not published anywhere else, in whole or in part
- Accurate — every factual claim needs a verifiable source
- Well-written — clear sentences, active voice, no filler phrases
- Properly structured — H2-H3 subheadings, logical flow, appropriate length
- 1,000 to 2,000 words for most pieces (longer accepted if the topic justifies it)
We edit for house style. If your submission needs heavy editing, we’ll let you know and give you the chance to revise before we consider it.
What You Get
- A published byline with your name and a short author bio
- A link to your website or professional profile (one, editorially relevant)
- Exposure to BollywoodFox’s audience of celebrity and entertainment fans
- A platform with real domain authority in the entertainment space
How to Pitch
We prefer pitches over completed drafts. Tell us what you want to write about and why it fits BollywoodFox before you write it.
What to include in your pitch:
- Proposed headline or topic
- 2 to 3 sentence summary of what the piece covers
- Why it’s relevant to our audience right now
- 2 to 3 links to published work you’ve written (essential)
Pitches without writing samples are not reviewed.
Submit your pitch via the form below:
What happens next:
- We read every pitch submitted through official channels
- We respond within 7 to 10 business days if we’re interested
- If we don’t respond within that window, it’s a pass for now
- We don’t provide detailed feedback on rejected pitches
Accepted pitches receive a brief editorial note and a deadline. We’ll publish once the piece passes review.
By submitting to BollywoodFox, you confirm the work is original, hasn’t been published elsewhere, and that you hold the rights to it. Full contributor terms are outlined in our Terms of Service.
