Olivia Frances Culpo (born May 8, 1992) is an American beauty pageant titleholder who won the Miss USA 2012 pageant, representing her home state of Rhode Island. She previously won the 2012 Miss Rhode Island USA competition, which was the first pageant she entered.Crowned Miss Universe 2012 in Las Vegas; she is the first winner from the USA to obtain the crown since Brook Lee in 1997. In September, 2013, Culpo and her sister titleholders attended 2014 Spring New York Fashion Week from September 7 to 14. On September 10, 2013, Culpo walked in Sherri Hill Fashion Show held at Trump Tower. Culpo was in India from September 27 till October 6. During her visit, she reportedly ran into trouble after doing a commercial photoshoot at historic monument Taj Mahal.
