Kendall Francis Schmidt (born November 2, 1990) is an American actor, singer-songwriter, dancer and occasional music producer. He is best known for playing Kendall Knight in Big Time Rush and has played small roles on several TV shows such as ER, Without a Trace, Phil of the Future, Ghost Whisperer, Gilmore Girls, and Frasier. Schmidt’s first solo single will be released in March on Columbia Records. Schmidt is in the boy band Big Time Rush. They have released 3 albums so far. Beforehand, Schmidt was a part of a duo called Heffron Drive. The duo consisted of Schmidt and Big Time Rush’s current guitarist, Dustin Belt. In 2013, it was announced that Schmidt will be making solo music. He is going on tour with his band, Heffron Drive. The tour is called the Heffron Drive Winter Tour.
